The Event Tent was a project that started in early 2008 to provide a traveling venue which was able to adapt to any kind of weather, rain or shine, cold or hot. We provide various turnkey services for concerts, mixed martial arts fights, and boxing matches. Along with the 30,000 Sqft Tent we are able to provide the logistics needed for production which can include electricity, lights, sound, catering, seating, and promotions.
Our journey first began with the First Council Casino and its sister property 7 Clans Paradise Casino providing them with a Venue to host their own entertainment events. We have continued our business with them and have expanding our clients with other casinos in the Oklahoma area.
Our tent is versatile and can be set-up in fields, parking lots, or any other open area. It is electrically powered, air conditioned (if needed), heated (if needed), and carpeted. We strive to provide you with a comfortable place to hold your event whether it be a concert, musical, exposition, martial art event, wedding, fairs, or any event in which you will need our tent.
